Includes: -One month of daily virtual nutritional guidance and accountability -10 in person meetings to discuss nutritional progress and questions -Meal Plans -Assistance creating a healthy grocery list -One junk food sweep at the client's home

Cancelation Policy

All appointments must be rescheduled or canceled within a 24 hour notice or there will be a no show fee of $50. Time is valuable and I want to ensure that I am fully available to all of my client's.* *If an emergency situation causes you to miss your appointment, I am open to negotiate the no show fee.
