What is your return policy?

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, all sales are final. If your order includes a defective item, please send an e-mail to fitbyshayy@gmail.com including a picture of the defective item.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to ship. Once your order ships you will receive an email including the tracking number. Also, please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
